After 13 successful years of implementing basketball trainings and AAU programs, IDM Founder, Victor Junious expanded his vision of providing quality prosocial programming for inner city youth by creating an AAU Basketball Program for young ladies. With the assistance of Program Director Brittany Heard, the team was named Harmony Hornets. In its inaugural season the program will feature one team designed for 7th-8th grade girls.
